Although the staff member was left alone to do pick ups, receiving and rents he has great. But is absolutely ridiculous that Allied had available only one staff to take care of the shop. In addition my rental was sent to San Juan, PR when I made my reservation for Agaudilla, PR

It was good. Waited in line for long time due to short staff but when it was my turn they gave me my car fast.
when I arrived at BQN airport and call Allied they basically said they did not have the car I had reserved available , I ask them what were my options and said none because there were no cars available . I was basically stranded . Thanks to Budget car rental my trip was not ruined . BAD never again!

Someone else hit our car. It wasn't our fault at all. And Allied want to charge me all the damages. Not fear at all. I did all they said, called the police, had a report #. The police officer warned us that this would happen, and he gave us all the info Allied needs to have the other person's info to paid for the damages. Not fear at all that we had to paid for something that it wasn't our fault.
I reserved the car, when I went to pick up it the car was not available and nobody notified me. I will not rent a car again with your company and will tell my friends don't rent a car with this company
