Allied Car And Truck Rental Renter Rated Reviews - Page 1

Pickup driver lacks hospitality training. He does not communicate effectively, giving a rude impression. Also is more into using his earbuds rather than connecting with the customer. This is my impression based on my experience working in the airline industry, which may impact the costumer’s best impression. In contrast, When returning the vehicle, the driver was excellent.

Me cambiaron 3 veces el carro, el 1 no era el que había reservado, el 2 tuvo fallas con la batería y se apagó, además de que estaba internamente en malas condiciones, chocado, el 3 no olía bien, estaba chocado y le salía una falla en el tablero. La espera de la entrega casi de dos horas. Los empleados que entregan , como que no quisieran trabajar, en fin … muy mala la experiencia.

1st auto had a damage sounding noise when driving, water coming inside the vehicle, roach infected … 2nd vehicle was much better but unfortunately roach also inside … Seems all cars may have roaches so may need to fumigate. The after hours over night shift staff was extremely helpful and all areas but limited in what he can do. Would of expected an apology from someone for the inconvenience or a discount as I showed them personally the issues and showed them pics as well.No apologies is

You gave me a cockroach infested car refused to retrieve the infested vehicle forcing me to drive the infested vehicle to drop off my daughter was traumatized by the site and feeling of cockroaches on her and your company did nothing to make the situation right I attempted to contact you multiple times I got no phone calls no emails and I submitted communication to you through the website and when I attempted to email info at Allied car rental PR it kicked back the email saying it doesn't exist
