WORST FUCKING CAR RENTAL COMPANY IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!...
Dirty vehicle, battery terminals needed adjustment. Employee didn’t know how to do it so I had to do it. Vehicle had electrical problems.
The reservation I made online wasn’t in your system, apparently. The employee had to make a new one which took extra time. A mile after taking the car, half the lights on the dash turned on, and were on the duration of the drive. The steering wheel was 20° out of alignment and there was no cruise control. Also v annoying that the drop off in San Juan is a mile away from the airport.
Pésimo servicio , lentos , me dieron un carro dañado temí por mi vida y la de mis hijos . Pagué mucho por un carro pequeño y otras compañías por ese precio podia tener una suv ! No lo recomiendo
I wanted to extend a day and called, but they told me I had to go to the rental car in person, I couldn't do it over the phone. With so much technology, and they make me go in person, I decided not to extend it.
This was absolutely the worst experience I've had with a rental car company. To start, when I arrived to the office, I was the 10th customer in line. It took me over 2.5 hours to reach the counter, causing me to miss out on my reservations for the evening. To top it off, my $50 rental ($35 +$15 for insurance) actually cost $173 after all of Allied's fees. I'll be back down in PR at the end of August and will definitely not be renting from Allied.
The lines are outrageous. Must be better for the future. Pickup time was 19/6/25 9pm. Time we received the vehicle 20/6/25 12:45am. Staff was accommodating, but the wait time is extremely excessive.
