This was my first rental experience with Allied in Puerto Rico and I will not recommend this company to anyone. The shuttle driver did not help us to load the luggage onti the shuttle. The office only had one employee at the counter and there was a very long line of potential rentees behind me. There were only 4 people ahead of me in line and it TOOK 2 HOURS to get the vehicle. The car itself had a deflating tire, bad wipers and the front and rear glass were so dirty visibility was zero at night

I called over the phone weeks before the trip, and when i got there in person they said i need full coverage insurance, but they NEVER said anythung about that on the phone, and i called multiple times. Poor rental choice

Had to change vehicles 3 times since on my arrival date, they didn't have the vehicle class I reserved. Then the second vehicle had electrical/mechanical problems.

No volvería a rental con ustedes, el auto lleno de cucarachas y trate de usar mi seguro de auto y la agencia no lo acepto. Las condiciones del auto eran pésimas no le dan el servicio adecuado. No lo recomiendo.

Car smells like smoke which gave me allergies! FULL OF ROACHES, TRANSMISSION SKIPPING-HARDLY ANY POWER. Friday night it took three and a half hours to get the car!!!!! ABIMALECH TRIED HUSTLED ME TO PAY $40 EXTRA PER DAY till I called American Express in front of him and American Express said that Imy gold card did have coverage!!! I want all of my money back. I didn't use the car but to drive it off the lot to the Airbnb and back!!!
