Car was quoted for $100 below of what I actually paid. When got the car, it smelled like marijuana. Very sub par.

I had a reservation with confirmation. Number and when I arrived. I was told that there were not car available. I spent over 4 hours in the airtport. Trying to find another car rental

Allied in San JUan stands out for the worst possible service. Reservations do not appear readily, its alwsys some problem with finding the reservation. There is not enough staff to handle the volume of customers. The pick-up process can take up to 45 minutes to an hour. Same with drop off service. EXTREMELY POOR.

I wish there was like airport drop off system
I was left stranded at the aguadilla airport with no car because you over rented and didn't have a car for me. You also had no explanation of what happened nor did you help me in fixing the problem. I was just told "too bad". Very unhappy about what happened. It cost me a lot of time and money.
