The first thing that bothered me is that they do not keep the website updated with taxes and fees, and when you arrive at the counter are faced with a multitude of upcharges that were not disclosed before at all. The staff also seems uncaring and unapologetic about the fact. Also, I was told I would be able to pick up the vehicle early but in no moment, in my call or when I picked up the car, was it mentioned I would have to pick it up earlier as well or I'd be charged extra. Horrible service.

They offer a coute online and when you,pick your car its another fee, not what they offer when you make the reservations.very dissapointed

When we arrived, in the afternoon, staff was slow and there were a lot of ppl there. When we return the car early in the morning only one person in the counter, multitasking, and the again - there were a lot of ppl there. Not sure why they are under staff in the front office.

Allied in San JUan stands out for the worst possible service. Reservations do not appear readily, its alwsys some problem with finding the reservation. There is not enough staff to handle the volume of customers. The pick-up process can take up to 45 minutes to an hour. Same with drop off service. EXTREMELY POOR.
