I booked the vehicle to be picked up from the isle verde location as we were staying just down the street at the intercontinental when I went to get it it wasn't there and I had to spend 2 hours being taken to the airport and waiting for it to be cleaned There were add ons that were not disclosed when it was booked and a facility fee for picking it up from the airport which is not what I had booked

Hidden fees
I have rented from this place before and I have never had a worse experience than I did this time around.
I will never ever rent with this company again. Neither will I recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Rico. The staff mmember's lack of knowledge costed Me an excess of $40.
Great overall experience
I waited about 1 1/2 in the room in order to get the car. Car was really dirty inside, I wanted a sedan style car they end up giving me a really small car for a ridiculous rate, I won't use allied ever again either recommend it.
I think the prices are a little bit hight, but the service was excellent and the personal as well. Thanks for everything.
The pickup from the airport was very quick, but when we got to the rental office we waited for close to an hour an a half to get our car, and there were only a few parties in line ahead of us, the staff were just moving incredibly slowly. They seemed to not care how long it took for each customer. I've never experienced such frustratingly slow customer service.
