Someone else hit our car. It wasn't our fault at all. And Allied want to charge me all the damages. Not fear at all. I did all they said, called the police, had a report #. The police officer warned us that this would happen, and he gave us all the info Allied needs to have the other person's info to paid for the damages. Not fear at all that we had to paid for something that it wasn't our fault.
I reserved the car, when I went to pick up it the car was not available and nobody notified me. I will not rent a car again with your company and will tell my friends don't rent a car with this company
Overall I rate my experience as good. I have rented for the last three years with Allied. It would be an excellent experience if more staff would be present. The employee that helped me used sign language because she was on the phone with another client and could not even say thank you. Service was slow considering that it was not busy at the time. I rented in
San Juan, Puerto Rico near the airport.

I recuested and reserved a car on the internet but, when I went to pick it up, they told me it wasn't available so they tried to make me take a cheaper and smaller car for the same rate. Awful experience!

Best service I've experience so far, I flight 3 to 4 times a year and its the first time I receive such a good service, very satisfied
