I feel robbed by the car rental. On taxes alone I was charged over $240.00 for an economi car from Dec. 23 to Jan 03. The final charge was over a thousand dollars.

I have rented from other agency but never ever had so much issues like i had with Allied. From the moment we were pick up at the airport by the shuttle bus driver it was dissatifaction. The wait time was 3 hours for Allied to give us a car. The place was full of many dissatified people. Overall rate for Allied is below poor. Will never ever rent from Allied again. I will also make sure none of my family or friends wont rent neither. HORRIABLE.

The worse experience...I waited for 3 hours and I have to leave without a car, because they don't have. How is possible you have a reservation and when you are going to pickup the car is not available.

No cars were available when I arrived to pick up the car I reserved. That was the only issue, luckily Alex later on that day and helped me get the next available car.
