It was not enough workers. System was slow. Manager came dow saw the line n left and went into her office. Didn't help. Then left n went home. But the young lady in front was nice.

I can’t believe Im receiving a survey to answer. I was not able to rent a Jeep that I reserved on Monday 29 . I was notified on Wednesday July 1st , when I was driving to get my Jeep , that it was not available because they were rent by the present governor of PR. I didn't have an opportunity to rent another Jeep with another company due to short noticed. I’m very disappoint wIth Allied, you are a very irresp co. I will never rent a car from your company and will not recommend it to any

The experience was horrible. They call us 45 minutes before our time to pick up the Jeep to cancelled our reservation ( we rented 2 Jeeps to have an experience with our kids) . We rent our Jeeps via web , but also call to verify that everything was perfect/correct.. Can you imagine how we felt!! . We are so disappointed. I work with a multinational company and whats happens is outrageous. Super bad experience.
