The representative was very nice, but waiting time and the staff amount was so short that the wait for the car and to bee seen by someone was terrible.
When I reserved I was never informed that there would be an insurance fee of about 15 dollars despite the fact that I had rented another vehicle for 8 days and I did not have to pay for insurance since I have a full coverage policy with Progressive. For a rental of only 6 hours I was forced to pay 15 $$ for insurance. That is a scam.
The first staff member that helped me was very unprofessional and very wrong on local policy information. He basically made his own rules on the local policy to rent a vehicle with your personal full coverage insurance. Need to inform your staff on local policies because I saw a lot of people leaving and basically making allied lose customers and going elsewhere. Thank god for the second staff member that was very helpful. He was professional.
