Very nice and polite employees.
The customer service was horrible - they set the phone down and didnt even ask me to hold. They didn't have the truck i rented (even though i saw it in the lot) so they had to upsell me on a bigger truck. Probably to gets sales in higher for month end. The would not honor my rate, so i ended up paying triple the amount. Not a great experience at all. Will not rent from this place again.
for the first time renting a car in puerto rico (were from there) it was an amazing experience and I would definitely rent there again specially under age fees that aren’t extremely bad at all

There was a mix up on the rental days and the reservation was cancelled. The customer service representative on Aug 26 2019 at approximately 3pm quickly pulled up another reservation and we were on our way. Outstanding job on her part.
Car esurance policy, I have a 2013 and they say is not working because is from 2014 and up ,and you car esurance is ridiculous expensive
I rented a cargo van. The lady on the front desk wasn’t in her best mood. It took them more than 30 minutes from the moment I paid to the moment I got in the van. Also I paid to park my car while I had the van and they charged me for 2 days when my car spent less than 24 hours parked. When I asked the lady the reason why they were charging me $20 instead of $10 she told me it counted as two days if I left my car the day before and did sounded a little angry.
You need to have the same price and charge in your web page because I made a budget for no more $150 and when I went to pick up the total amount was $200!!! And I return the car during the same day.
Take too long to give your car and go ,
I would definitely recommend this car rental company they were very patient and understanding also explained everything very well. Was a little pricey but worth it.
