I did a reservation on Friday Nov 6, but my reservation as per the Customer Clerk wasn't on the system on Nov 8 at 7:30pm when I arrived to your location, even know I showed him and told my reservation number with the confirmation email from Allied. He send me to the next door rent a car, which was the same company with different name"Next". They charged me almost $400 for three days and the battery of the car was dead meanwhile I was driving. Besides having to wait almost an hour to be picked up at airport , we had to wait almost 45 minutes more to sign papers. We also had a situation with the airline upon departure and tried to cancel when we returned car since we had to stay 3 more days and they did not help with that. All they said that we had to make a whole new contact when it was not even an hour when we called to see if we could recuperate vehicle.

the experience was terrible, the employee who was there, was very rude, unhelpful, she did not want to attend us, we sat down for a moment to know which car we would rent and she was with two more people and she did not want to attend to me again and sent a Manager who never came out, she herself told me that she was the manager, she never called us to the bus to take us to the airport again, as at around 11:30 am, another employee arrived who was the one who helped us return to the airport.

It was not enough workers. System was slow. Manager came dow saw the line n left and went into her office. Didn't help. Then left n went home. But the young lady in front was nice.
