We had a reservation for a car. When we came to pick up our car, we showed our confirmation email and code and was told there were no available cars. Even though we had a CONFIRMED reservation, Allied would not give us a vehicle, leaving us stranded in the sun for an hour until a taxi could pick us up. When we told them we booked directly through their website, we were told their website does not allow them to see reservations. I will never use Allied rentals again! Terrible service.

I don't understand why u have the option to rent at 8pm if they close at 5pm. I stood there like an idiot and called to get a voice mail. I suggest y'all upload ur time frame and remove these options, secondly have the courtesy to call ur customer the day off to let them know y'all be closed and that they would need to pick up earlier, Jesus!

Made a reservation at 8am, went there to pick up the car and there's a sign in the door saying call this #, called and the guy said he had a personal situation and he wasn't there and I asked him when will he be there and he said I don't know around 9-9:30. I left and went to the airport and personnel told me that they were around the area that morning. Very disappointed since I had an emergency and there weren't any available cars around.

Horrible. I walked in and the system didn’t have my reservation even though I had my email confirmation with the date and location of pick up. CSR tried to accommodate (after I had to ask her if they had cars available) and she had quoted me a price $50 over of the original price on email confirmation. I did a reservation on Friday Nov 6, but my reservation as per the Customer Clerk wasn't on the system on Nov 8 at 7:30pm when I arrived to your location, even know I showed him and told my reservation number with the confirmation email from Allied. He send me to the next door rent a car, which was the same company with different name"Next". They charged me almost $400 for three days and the battery of the car was dead meanwhile I was driving.
