I made a reservation at one location. Was ignored at the counter while the one employee worked with another group. I was then put into a van and taken to the SJU airp where there was again only one person to service about 15 waiting customers. The rate quote did not include the $10 fee for the easy pass or mention the additional 8.95 a/day for the service. The staff at the SJU airport was RUDE, overworked. HORRIBLE experience. So horrible I dropped the car off at a dif location to avoid hassle.

Attendant was quite late which was a bit frustrating, but that wasn’t her fault. She delivered quality service that ultimately would convince me to rent with you again.
