Because of a previous experience, I called to confirm everything was ok. After 4 calls they were able to finally confirm the reservation. However, when I went to pick up the vehicle (a 15 passenger van), I was told that they did not have the vehicle and that they could not honor the reservation. The person in the desk was rude and the manager (who talked to me by phone) only offered another van (for 10 passengers) that was no help because I needed one for 15. At the end, I could not rent the van
When I arrived the cargo van I reserved was not available. After waiting for over 1 1/2 hrs. They provided another vehicle (also a cargo van) that worked well.
People at the counter were actually very rude.Since the first moment we engaged in conversation with the two ladies at the counter in the PM shift. The price stipulated was completely different when we went to pick it up. We were charged an insane amount for taxes and the car we got was in terrible condition.I wouldn't ever recommend this place to friends or family. Allied Car Rental in Carolina was the worst expirience we've had with renting a car.I would advise people, do not waste your time.
Very good rental experience. The personnel was helpful and the wait time very short.
Waited about 1 hour and 45 minutes to get the truck.

Terrible service, I waited more than half an hour for them to provide me the service, and they didn't know if the vehicle was available. They charged me around $ 300 for a one-day service, and they allegedly returned a portion of the money in 3 to 5 days, and have not yet returned it. I booked online and it has nothing to do with the price they tell you. Not recommended.
The staff are very courteous and friendly. Laura the customer representative is outstanding at her job. Very friendly and helpful.

La persona que me atiende directamente Liza Rivera (Mi rate de staff es solo para ella) es la única que ha sido amable y siempre procura brindar el mejor servicio. Las otras tres chicas que me han tocado complican todos los procesos de alquiler siempre y no son amables, deficientes.
En cuanto al vehículo, las últimas dos veces me han entregado pick-up demasiado sucias y con un olor interior muy incomodo.
