We rent a SUV Club Wagon, have a confirmation, we went to pick up, and surprise, they dont have anything that they announce, and do anything to compensate or try to resolve the sutuation. Is the worst costumer service ever, they even care anything it doesnt matter to them. The manager even never came.
Corporate tell you something different from the place you go and pick up. Waste my time
Waiting over 3 hours to get the car. Requested a 15 passenger van and was not available. Didn’t tell us up front brought out a mini van instead with roaches. Had to get an additional car. Wasn’t just us waiting long everyone waited a long time for their car rentals. Didn’t get a summary of what I paid, just got charged for who knows what. Terrible service and infested cars. When I tried calling multiple times they couldn’t help over the phone. Instead they wanted me to go in person to wa

3 hour wait to get my car, and i was the second in line, imagine hoe long those people behind me waited for
I made a reservation online. I called them directly to change the time of pickup. To my surprise i was told i didn't have a reservation and that there were no cars available. If I had not called i would have ended without a car.
Staff was very rude, we stood first in line for an hour and nobody was being helped at the moment. I was very unsatisfied.
Very good prompt service with same day car availability. The only drawback was the long wait time as our car was getting ready to be picked up.
