It was awesome I really loved the truck. I promised myself that that truck will be my next vehicle I buy.
The person that waited on me was very rude and unprofessional, i will not be renting there again. she was had an attitude when i asked questions.

The person Who gives me the car did check the car with me at the beginning.. When I returned the car there were nobody at the rent car office and there was a different opinions between the call center and the person Who recieves the car.

Employees were very helpful and kind. They answered all my questions. It took long to get my car, but I understand there are a lot of limitations because of COVID. I would definitely use their services again. Thank you.
We had a reservation for a car. When we came to pick up our car, we showed our confirmation email and code and was told there were no available cars. Even though we had a CONFIRMED reservation, Allied would not give us a vehicle, leaving us stranded in the sun for an hour until a taxi could pick us up. When we told them we booked directly through their website, we were told their website does not allow them to see reservations. I will never use Allied rentals again! Terrible service.

I don't understand why u have the option to rent at 8pm if they close at 5pm. I stood there like an idiot and called to get a voice mail. I suggest y'all upload ur time frame and remove these options, secondly have the courtesy to call ur customer the day off to let them know y'all be closed and that they would need to pick up earlier, Jesus!
