My insurance has a deductible of $100 for all purposes (I pay as much for insurance as possible) but yet since my car is a 2013 model (it's still valued at $25k) I had to then purchase their collision insurance for $14 a day. The manager was super helpful as they had to switch my car on the spot and a new employee was training, he switched our car when he realized our bags would not fit into the one she originally was going to give; he then helped me load bags as well.

I was given a rate online once i arrived it doubled up with all the hidden fees and mandatory things I did not need nor did i use. What was supposed to be a $140 per week ended up costing 400 double for a car that was dented and scratched everywhere and that was literally falling apart. Thankfully i had my own insurance as I was seriously concerned for my safety

I rented the vehicle online from the Isla Verde location. That location was closed. There was no record of my rental because of that. It took an hour in the airport office to get the rental I wanted. You shouldn’t have that place as a pickup option if it’s closed. The price was better. The service was good. The vehicle was out of gas. It still had to be cleaned. Too many bad things to outweigh the good.

The price on the internet was not the same of what they charged. For example it supposed to be $ 230.00 they charged 425.00. I do understand there supposed to be some fees but this fees were to high. Toll is about 45.00 which is ok. But notice how much extra they charged even I brought my car insurance from N.Y. The car have tires problem, the car sensors were on, ect.
