I brought proof of insurance coverage but was still required to purchase it. The rental ended up being an extra $200 than what was quoted on my reservation, and this is for a 3 day rental! I had no intention of spending $700 on a 3 day rental. I budgeted for the $492 confirmed but would have been stuck without a car if I didn't agree.

El carro estaba chocado, le faltaban piezas, sonaba. El empleado intransigente. Solocité cambio de vehículo por razones de seguridad, el empleado alegó que no tenían otro. Decepcionada con el servicio de Allied. No lo recomendaré.

The worst rental experience I have ever had in my life. It was delivered with a nail in one of the tires. The inside of the van was filthy and looked like it had just been used to transport demolition material. The vehicle was returned on August 18 and I was told that they would email me the receipt. I still have not received a receipt as of 8/22/22. I spent 45 minutes on the phone this morning trying to get a receipt. They gave me an email address to request a receipt. Still no response.

I enjoyed my experience with Allied. I will look them up again on my next visit to Puerto Rico. The only drawback that I had was that I needed to have been picked up and dropped off at the Hotel in the Isla Verde area. It was almost the same distance from the Airport.
