Rented a 15 passenger van for a corporate activity. Ended up receiving a Park and Travel van, the A/C didn't work and it wasn't clean on the inside. All the floor was covered in mud and the seats where sticky. All the windows where covered with a greasy stain. When calling, the person worked outside PR and couldn't help me at the time.
I called twice and the van did not show up at the San Juan airport as promised. Caught a ride from another van to the rental agency. The person at the rental agency was rude and asked me "what happened" because we we about 3 hours after the pick up time. Even before I could respond, he said there was a 50.00 late fee. I told him my flight had been delayed - he was extremely rude.
I was charged a 150.00 cleaning fee for some sand in the car (on an island). Do not use. I won't again.
After speaking numerous times to staff about my flight delaying, turn to cancel my reservation. Staff was useful. Wilmary have horrible customer service. I will never rent from this place ever again.
The desk agent was really helpful about things to do in the area!

It is very disappointing that I am receiving this survey. I made a reservation online, and called twice to confirm. My reservation was not found in neither of the calls. In my second call, I requested that a new reservation be made, and the service rep told me that they were out of cars.
Basically I flew into PR for business and had to spend a LOT of money on Uber, as there were no cars anywhere in the airport.
Your reservation system SUCKS.
