Attended me super fast and helped me with get a car in a max of 30 min. Great service. Will rent again here.
I had reserved a car for the day we had arrived but our flight ended up getting delayed for a whole day and it back tracked us with what we had to do that day in Puerto Rico. I went to test my luck to see if there was any chance there were any cars left. Luckily the staff attended me fast and I explained them the situation and they did looked up if they had any cars left. They had one more and we were able to get the car that same day in the matter of 30 min. Great service.
We came in for a last minute rental and the lady who helped us was very kind and funny! She made the process flawless! I would recommend to anyone traveling to PR!
Worst experience ever. I waited FOUR HOURS to pick up my rental. I scheduled to pick up the car at noon but didn’t leave until 6:30PM. Will NEVER rent from them again
e first time I rent from Allied in Aguadilla and it will be my last. We waited a while to be picked up after calling several times and then when we got there the persons in line were very upset because they have been waiting for two hours and we also waiting for over two hours. The person at the desk was not friendly at all she looked like she didn't want to be there. Has no good customer service skills. We got a car that was so low and it had been dented all over.
Staff overbooked mini vans and called to collect a deposit over the phone, stating that if I didn't pay now they would drop my reservation because they had overbooked the two minivans they had available and whoever provided the deposits first would get the vehicles. This was very poor service and was very inconsiderate. We had called the day before to confirm the reservation and make sure everything was in order, and then received this call the next day. Will not rent again.
I arrived, they had no car for me. I waited 1 hour and they still couldn't tell me if they will have a car. My hotel was two hours away and I had no way to get their with my family. Finally I left and rented an Uber. They ruined my vacation.

My insurance has a deductible of $100 for all purposes (I pay as much for insurance as possible) but yet since my car is a 2013 model (it's still valued at $25k) I had to then purchase their collision insurance for $14 a day. The manager was super helpful as they had to switch my car on the spot and a new employee was training, he switched our car when he realized our bags would not fit into the one she originally was going to give; he then helped me load bags as well.
Horrible, will never reserve through Allied. I was never able to get the car I rented. Had to go through another car rental place.
