Due to less characters available for describing my experience, let me advise anyone reading this review, Ask for Paul to assist you in your booking because he is good do not use the other guy who is usually available in the mornings because he is quite a bullshitter and will get you paying extra money - Trust me (PS: there is no not applicable criteria for ticking off so I shall mention those questions as poor just an FYI)
Dropping off the car took too long - 20+ min before I was addressed. Staff were both answering phones while dealing w/ people customers in front of them. When finally seen, I was told I left paperwork/ear buds in the car. I passed my papers over stating the stuff was from previous rentals. I was then repeatedly told we had a dog in the car & walked over to see the evidence. A few hairs had transferred from clothes. Luckily, our child seat was full of hairs & convinced him. Money grab -Boo!!

Could increase coaching on using remote key. Had a little trouble mastering all functions like getting car to lock and opening trunk with remote key.

The rental agent at the desk was very helpful and professional when we picked up our rental car. We would definately rent from Zoom Rent-a-car again.
I was late for 1.5 h. It counted for whloe 1 day. It wouks be good to negotaie the extra 1 day. More grace will lead to returning customers
