We requested an early pick up weeks in advance, day of no one was there so we had to wait 2 hours until their regular business hours. Also had to remind him to take the early pick up fee off of the quote, but he didn't end up adjusting the hst therefore still gaining extra. Would rent again but only within their business hours, no exceptions.
Good service and decent price
I was happy to come across this more affordable option for a car rental. Having to take a shuttle did mean that it took longer for me to get on my way but I was not pressed for time.

Great staff! Especially appreciate the shuttle service to and from airport. Being from a small town out of province and not knowing our way around busy Toronto, Ontario, the shuttle service is a huge help and sets our minds at ease when we are travelling. Thank you so much! God bless!
