Zoom Rental in Mississauga is a really busy location and could use another employee at the desk.
I have rented from these guys many many times and the service has always been great!! Definitely recommend!
Always a good experience with Zoom. The best rental in the GTA/Mississauga area by far. Friendly family run shop gives you the best price, and the best personal experience. Will rent again from them for sure.
My only negative comment was poor directions on how to get from Toronto airport to the car depot.
First question is Satisfactory because I did have to wait about 45 minutes, but the weather was bad at the time.

When ever I need a rental, I use Zoom.
I drove to the agency. Also, had to wait a long time because the person insisted on calling my insurance company to confirm my insurance coverage. getting insurance on the rental car is optional, so I don't know why I he made me wait that long!
