The quote I received online was less than in store. It seemed like the quote online included the young driver fee where in store, this charge was extra. I'm not sure if I was upgraded to a nicer vehicle which changed the original quote, but other than this, the staff were friendly, pickup and drop off was easy, and the vehicle was awesome.
I enjoyed the experience of renting a vehicle using Zoom.

My only issue has been pickup when arriving. I have rented twice from this agency. Both times I waited 20-30 minutes for shuttle after calling, and then calling back to find out that the shuttle driver wasn't on the way (either the driver forgot or wasn't contacted). So each wait for pickup was roughly 45-50 minutes (I'll probably just take a taxi/uber next time).
The rental rates are fantastic and the vehicles are always brand new and immaculate. The rates/service are worth the waits.
I am not sure why one would rent anywhere else.
