Zoom Rent-A-Car Renter Rated Reviews - Page 22

This is the 5th time I've used Zoom in Missasauga and the service and value has always been outstanding. Having the affiliation with Best Western is also a huge benefit. I have recommended Zoom to friends and family.

Booked a Toyota Corolla on my reservation. I was only offered a 6 seater dodge van which burns significantly more fuel. First van had 2/5th fuel in it. Who rents a vehicle out that isn't full ? I was charged for their insurance when I told the employee I had rental vehicle rental insurance. I'd NEVER rent from this company again nor will I suggest them and being in the tourist industry they will lose alot of customers.

I always book a compact car (Yaris/Mazda2 size), and they never seem to have that size...I always get a Mazda 3 or Honda Civic sized car. Which is nice, but I really don't need that size, and prefer smaller (since it's what I drive at home). The car was generally clean, but the washer fluid light was on (I reported it when I brought the car back), and the floor mats could use a cleaning. But...great value for the money, and staff is courteous. I wish they opened an hour earlier on weekends!

The website kms allowed did not match what the agent was saying. The website said 200 free kms per day for a 12 passenger van, however the contract only allowed 150 kms per day. Also, the website quoted in miles not kms which is confusing.
