Never ended up receiving vehicle, because after driving 30 minutes to come pick it up, I found out only at the desk, that I was required to pay the full rental fee, plus $500 (and cash was not accepted). This information was not properly displayed on the website, nor on my confirmation receipt with instructions. As a result my vacation I had planned was ruined, as we had a hotel booked for 2 nights some 350 kms away. Not impressed!!

The driver who took us back to Pearson International Airport was not aware of a problem on the 401 and consequently, it took us about 45 minutes to travel there. Fortunately, we had made sure that we were early and it did not affect our trip. He did, however, take us directly to the WestJet departure door, which we appreciated.
Experience with zoom car rental was great.
Their policy to see the proof of insurance took me some time to call insurance company and get the proof on the spot for rental car coverage. Maybe that's something they should explicitly mention when booking. Otherwise, the car was good. Everything worked out smoothly.
