The original rate quote $402, final rate was over $700. I provided you with my destination (USA). Zoom failed to take this into account in presenting a further rate quote. ZOOM superficially inspected the vehicle: only looked for dents and fuel level.
Upon return, ZOOM performed a very thorough inspection, and then accused me of damage which may well have preexisted.
ZOOM falsely accused me of having lost the front grill, which they later recanted. Still an unresolved nightmare!! Never again

My rental sustained damage in a parking lot and Zoom was terrific about working with the insurance company claim. This is the best car rental company I have ever dealt with!
Car was nice, however, washer fluid was frozen so could not clean windshield of freeway. Aux power sockets were dead and could not plug in GPS. Front right wiper blade was torn and did not clean well. Otherwise a great experience. Car handled well, even in snow.
I was ripped off for a small dent that occurred in the fender of the car.
I was charged USD 885.88 which was much more than the rental rates that I paid.
Very dissappointed, infact would discourage friends from renting cars - Never experienced such treatment from any rent-a -car company across the world.

When we got to Zoom there wasn't a vehicle for us, they got one from their 'sister' company Advantage. It stank of cigarettes and perfume. we had to drive back out of the city the next day to exchange it at Advantage/airport location (more delays as someone left with the keys)...the Zoom staff was nice and helpful but unfortunately the Advantage team was not as customer service oriented and tried to cover up a stink problem and pass it onto us. Not cool.
