Everything was as expected and I was very happy with the rental.
The rental process worked better than I expected and I did get the model describe in the rental listing. Other companies advertise one make and model and they give you something else with the false excuse that there are none available. That was always frustrating for me. That wasn't the case with Zoom. :)
The staff was great. We did ask for cruise but there was none available. The car served it's purpose.
Lack of cruise was probably good since the mountain roads required consentration.

My flight got cancelled because of weather, they charged more than what I would have paid if had the car for a day. They sent personal information in the e-mail for no reason; I would expect any company in this age to take care of customer personal information.
This was my first experience with small rent a car companies and as expected there were other hidden charges which were not clearly mentioned in the online booking.
I will probably not rent from zoom or other similar campanies.
The only thing was tha we have to return the car at 9.00 Am on Sunday and we have to take the plane at 11.00. the person who had to open the office didn't show up til after 9.20. we reached at the airport at 9.50. we almost miss the flight.
Very good service, I used to Rent with other Car rental companies... But now my first choice goes for Zoom. There is an Agent called Kunal, very friendly, helpful and Knowledgeable about the products. Specially there prices is great!!!!
The vehicle wasn't clean, missing washer's fluid and there was change oil alarm
i would like to say that their were very helpful and courteous from start to finish and would like to thank you for a most memorable journey and nothing was too much touble for them thanx again
This was my fifth rental from Zoom (Dixie Rd.) I have always had fast and courteous service, reliable cars and the best
rental rate. Zoom will always be my choice when I visit Toronto.
