This company is a fraud.
I returned the vehicle with a full tank and they almost doubled my rental fee with gas charges. They made no effort to look into the issue.
Except that my reservation wasn't in the system 2 days before I was to pick it up, they fixed that problem since I called to confirm. The van got better gas mileage than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It would have been nice to have cruise control. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the restroom in the office, but everything else was good besides.
Very good experience. Had not intended on purchasing insurance, but did not bring any proof so the $10.00 per day was acceptable and reassuring.

Due to the Van size it was difficult for some the woman to get in, we bught a small stool for them assist in getting in the van. It would help if that was part of the Van rental when renting to older people.
The van had a loud squeaky whine in the engine which made the long drive a bit less pleasant, but the van was a great deal nonetheless.
Like dealing with a good friendly neighbor.
Overall I was satisfied. Although I had insurance coverage through my CC I didn't have the documentation with me. The agent was very insistent on selling me coverage through the rental company. The original price he quoted for insurance was quite high, but when I resisted he dropped the price until it reached $15 a day. At that point I agreed simply because I was fed up with discussing it. If you insist on renters buying your insurance, include it in the rental quote.
