I had to call them to get us picked up at LA airport, while the details of our flight were properly given in our reservation. The need to call them whould have been mentionned within the confirmation email.
Left bright headlight didn't work.

The rate was by far the cheapest available. The location was convenient because it sits by itself. Quick and efficient service when picking up and returning. Will definitely use again!
Don't believe the negative reviews on here. Everyone in the staff goes out of their way to be helpful, courteous, friendly, and honest. They are NOT trying to take extra money, and they want you to have a good experience!
Their airport pickup/dropoff service made everything easy, and they were surprisingly prompt! They are excellent and highly recommended to anyone in need of an affordable van, especially musicians!
Had never heard of AVR before this trip. I was the guinea pig while the other eight renters in my Vegas golf group of 36 went to Alamo and paid more just across the street. The Guinea Pig WINS!! See you next year for the Vegas Golf Shootout. Thanks
