No shuttle ever picked us up.. We found out where the van rental place was and fortunately they were close so we just walked across the street. Everything else was great
Van in great conditions and the staff was really helpfull when we arrived
i was told i needed proof of insurance to decline the basic insurance however i did not see this on your website when i reserved the vehicle. I have never been ask to do this at other rentals in Las Vegas. This was an unexpected extra charge that i did not want to pay. I don't think i will rent from you in the future!!
