Everyone was nice and courteous and fast
The van price was almost double another major name rental company s we cancelled this reservation! I really hope that we don't have more issues with CC or payments since the reservation was CANCELLED!
Good value. The return process was very unclear and disorganized...created additional stress when trying to catch a flight. We made our flight, but this agency could greatly improve by streamlining the return process and giving priority to customers standing in line to return the vehicle.
Vehicle was very clean on outside but kind of dirty on the inside. A/C controls did not work properly. Over all very good rental for the price.
Pick up was just a little scattered. We rented a 15 passengar but the driver who picked us up did not have enough room for all of us and our stuff. Had to make two trips. He was very nice, but it would be nice for you to have a vehicle that is plenty large to accomodate a large group. Othere than that terrific.
While I was picking up my vehicle at 7:30am, all other people behind me in line were told that the vehicles they had reserved were not available. The AVR clerk on duty, a middle aged woman with a mediterranean accent, was oddly brusque and dismissive in tone. This employee could benefit from some sensitivity training. My vehicle had a severe vibration which made it wildly unstable at freeway speed. The vehicle is actually dangerous. Upon return the clerk lowered my 1 day rate as compensation.
I had reserved a Kia Sedona, but was given a Dodge instead. The car worked fine, however. I was not told that the location closed at 3:00pm on Saturday. My car was scheduled to be returned at 4:00pm that day. It was a bit of a hassle to return the car at an alternate location. I was barely made my flight. It would be helpful to make sure you tell your customers what time you close. I was pleasantly surprised that my total charge was slightly less than the quote.

The communication about excess mileage charges that would apply if I took the van out of the designated group of states was very poor. It was only after I had returned the vehicle did I discover that I was subject to excess mileage fees that was spelled out on the rental agreement but never mentioned during the reservation period or at the time when I picked the vehicle up. What appeared to be a very competitive price for the rental ended up being considerably more than I had planned.
Upon arriving at AVR we had a delay on picking the Mini Van requested, but after the delay everything went well.
