van was older. tires were worn and brakes were very bad.
Hassle free, cost effective alternative to U Haul.
Everything went well. However, we expected the van insurance to cover collision but that wasn't the case, so we ended up paying around $500 extra for full coverage in every aspect. The van is in excellent condition with no issues.
Everything went well. Ebony was very helpful upon return of the vehicle.
We were given a dangerous vehicle full of defects. The tires were so worn out that the van was dangerous to drive. This company's license should be revoked.

The van I rented was in very to condition and very comfortable and instead of the 25 mpg I managed to get 30.1 mpg
