We are a non-profit organization and have been renting from AVR for the last 2 1/2 years on a weekend basis. The staff at SFO AVR are very helpful and also Ms. Arlene in SJO very helpful in fulfilling are needs to transport our church members on weekends. We always recommend to everyone and anyone who asks us where do we get our vans from. As of today we already have rented over 51 times and continue to have future rentals with SFO AVR. Hopefully one day we will be blessed with our own Van.

Sasha and Kevin are great representatives of Airport Van Rental. They are professional and courteous. I will continue to rent from them as I have in the past. Not only did I rent from them but also my son. Can't beat Airport Van Rental.
disappointed to receive an older Chevrolet van with more than 90,000 miles on it and further disappointed when the air conditioning failed on the trip back in 100+ degree heat. All other aspects of the rental were as expected and will be much more careful in accepting the vehicle assigned should I rent from AVR in the future. To be fair, the van perfectly met my cargo needs and successfully got me to and back from my destination without any major issues, for which I am very grateful.
I wish you are open more early like 5 or 6:00am on the weekend, so I don't have to pick up a vehicle one day earlier just because I wanted to leave early (7:00am) the next day..
Very, helpful, friendly staff. Was disappointed that I couldn't reserve a van with a hitch in advance and the storage charge for taking seats out is prohibitively expensive. Overall, great service though!
I was impressed by the customer service at Airport Van Rental. I called several times with questions / changes to my reservation and they were always knowledgable, pleasant, and accomodating.
I scheduled to pick-up a mini van at 10am, but did not pick-up until 1.52 pm. I am not Satisfied this time, but other than that I am happy with your rental. The van that I have this time was smell of pee and a lot of dog hairs surround the 2 front seat, not clean outside and a lot of damaged from previous. I am kind of worried about it. so I have to take a lot of pictures.
I strongly recommend to a friend. Great vans for cheaper price.
