There was some confusion about our reservation when we first arrived but their shuttle still arrived promptly when we called from the airport. We didn't wait long for the staff to correct the error and provide us with the type of vehicle we initially reserved and for the price we expected. We actually saved a few dollars too. They were great and we'll definitely be using them again.
Only real downside was the agency location. Distance would play a factor in possible future rentals. Also lack of blue tooth was a disappointment.
I always recommend AVR to all my friends going to LAS.

Rented from San Diego Location van ws not there appt time 1:00pm arrived 1:25 had to wait for them to bring van.
Rented cargo van they had to take out seat when van finally arrived left large metal seal holders, so we did not have a flat cargo surface, had to work around the seat brackets which stood up approx 4 inches
Van was beyond dirty windows were so dirty you could not see out of them, whic I did not realize until I started driving.

The van itself was pretty good, better than van's I've received in the past. The air conditioning was far better in this one, and the seats allowed a lot of leg room.
Thanks, we are renting from you vans twice a year. One thing is not nice, we were promised 5% discount and never got it. Staff told us to send email, I sent email and no respond.
We got good value for specific van we needed.
