Requested for 12-passenger Transit with extra cargo space but got offered a 15-passenger version with two back seats removed. Transit van runs great but the lack of cargo space made luggage loading a major chore.
Rented Garmin GPS has a non-responsive touch screen, not a good value for the money.

United Van Rentals were awesome to work with. They will be my first choice in van rentals in California.
The only reason I did not mark the check in great, is that we had to wait for another party to check in and be taken to their vehicle. Otherwise the entire experience was great. We had absolutely no problems. Renters should recognize that some of the parking garages in Las Vegas have ceilings that are too low for the 12 passenger van. You can get around this by using Valet parking.
Was not informed about processing fee. Van was rented to 11-27-15 3:00 pm. At 10:00 am agency called me and asked if I was finished with the van. I said almost. He asked if I could return it right away because they were short of cargo vans. I said sure I will do my best. I returned the van at 11:00 am. and asked the employee maybe I could get a break on the milage for dropping van off early, he laughed and said he would talk to boss. I left agency without even a THANK-YOU.
