Cargo van was available, as promised. It was clean, fuel efficient and well cared for. I would rent from United Van Rentals again in the future, if need be.
I realize that it is very difficult to have car seats available but it would have helped both your agent and myself (grandma) to know if the car seat that I picked out was properly sized. As it turns out, 1 was ok and the other was not the correct size. Luckily we did not travel far so we made do...

The 15 passenger van we rented worked out perfectly. The rate was very good, the staff very helpful and the location was easy to get to. We would definitely use them again.

So good to have no surprises or disappointments with the rental experience and be able to not go through a lot of prompts to get a live person to handle questions! With regular rental car agencies you are never quite sure what you might get. The convenience of being met with the van and not having to go by shuttle and stand in line was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend United Van Rental!
I originally requested a mini van and the website processed my reservation. I did get an email updating me regarding only having 12 passenger vehicles. I was quoted the same price so I continued with reservation and I am glad I did. Overall great experience and the rates are very competitive. If services are needed I would call United Van rentals first and pass on the good word. Thank you.
