I contacted them several days before the rental was to begin to arrange an earlier pick up time. The change of time was confirmed via email. On the day of the rental, the van did not arrive on time. I emailed, then called United to find out where my van was. I was informed that the change in pickup time was not communicated to anyone in the company. The van arrived 45 minutes late. There seems to be a serious lack of communication in the company.
Overall a good experience, but the van I rented wandered badly on the roads with its loose steering.
