The van was parked far away from where we collected our bags at LAX. We had to walk nearly a quarter mile with nine kids, 6 bags, a car seat, and a stroller, this was challenging. We collected our bags across from P4 and had to walk to P6.

We do apologize that your van was parked at the wrong terminal. We do request all customers flying into the airports to provide there flight itineraries. You provided us with yours, we had a mix-up of airlines. For reference, LAX is about 1/4 mile from entrance to exit from P1 to P7.
The staff were very friendly, helpful & honest. Definitely be back next time I need a van rental. Got a lot of comments from other people about how nice the van was, & were I rented it from.
Last minute declined from Car Rental jeopardize our trip and we encountered massive financial loss. Infact I am planning to find a way to sue this company for our financial loss.

I dealt with the manager, Tony. He was very pleasant to work with and assured me that the after hours pick-up would be easy. Well he was right. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Their rates were by far the lowest around. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. I will definitely be using United Van Rentals in the future!
Everything went well. Will definitely rent from United Van Rentals again if we ever have a need for a 15-passenger van.
Van was dropped off in a parking area with the keys stuffed in a hiding place. We had to pay for parking to get our rental out. The van was returned the same way, no person to person contact at any point in the transactions. Our flights were on time as indicated by the itinerary they requested and received. Only dealt with the staff over the phone, but they were knowledgeable and friendly each time. Van was clean and performed as advertised. Would definitely recommend.
The expected van was not available on the last minute, however, the staff took initiative to rent it from its associate. Thus when I came to pick up the car, they brought me to their associate to pick up the car.
