United Van Rentals gave superior service even during unexpected event. I had an accident when the window was broken and it was out of their reach to replace the vehicle (15 passenger van), however, they managed to handle the situation thus my trip could be continued. I really recommend to purchase full insurance.
The van is very well maintained as well. Great service !
Would have liked yo have had a newer model and not so commercial like. But it was the best value I found in the OC area.

I suppose to pick up my van on 2nd june and on 1st june at 8.30pm manager from las vega branch and aid we donot have u r vehicle instead of ford transit we can provide ford economy or we can cancel ur reservation without cancellation charge so I cancel my reservation and book same kind vehicle from different rental place I got more cheaper and they provide good ervice too
