The agency took a photo copy of my drivers license and printed it out in hard copy. When asked, it was disclosed that it would be kept in file for two years. Six months at the store location and then a year and a half in a storage location. This is a very horrifying security practice and am extremely upset that this was not disclosed to me prior to making the reservation. I will not do business with companies that have such disregard for my personal information.

Thank you for using our services. Our practice of securely holding your information for two years and then having it properly destroyed is what all vehicle rental companies do. You will have a difficult time in the future renting a vehicle.

The van was very clean and in good shape. For its size and load it got great gas mileage. We were happy to be able to get one of the older Econolines rather than the newer Euro-type vans, as they have better capacity and clearance for driving dirt roads.
