This is the second time that I have rented a van from United. Tony was great to deal with. The van was cleaned and everything worked properly. I would definitely return to United if I need to rent a van in the future.

Mike was extremely helpful...I got lost trying to find the location but he helped quickly get me to the right place. I picked up my rental after the sun had gone down but he provided a flashlight to help inspect the van, and even opened doors for. Great experience.

We had to take a taxi from the airport to the rental agency which cost an extra $17.00. Would have liked a complimentary shuttle at 4:00 in the afternoon.
Agency reply:
Hello Mr Haverdink, We do provide our customers with a free shuttle to and from the LAS airport during business hours. You and your party flew in on Sunday afternoon. Our hours are 8AM to 3PM on Sundays. We do allow customers to pick-up vans at our location after hours. This was discussed with you when you made your reservation. United Van Rentals

The agency took a photo copy of my drivers license and printed it out in hard copy. When asked, it was disclosed that it would be kept in file for two years. Six months at the store location and then a year and a half in a storage location. This is a very horrifying security practice and am extremely upset that this was not disclosed to me prior to making the reservation. I will not do business with companies that have such disregard for my personal information.

Mr Gold, Thank you for using our services. Our practice of securely holding your information for two years and then having it properly destroyed (do***ented) is what all vehicle rental companies do. You will have a difficult time in the future renting a vehicle.
