We had a ready bad experience last rental company (fox) and were very Leary . We were treated great and it all worked out! We were traveling with a handicapped man and a 3 yr old. Employees helped a lot! Extremely satisfied!
This was by far the best car rental experience I’ve had in a long time! Everything was ready when I got there pickup was a breeze and 10 minutes later I was driving away in the rental. I will definitely be using and recommending you all in the future!
The rate ended up being higher than expected due to my drop off being a couple hours later when I originally expected. The car had cigarette burn holes on the seats. But the staff was courteous.
the staff was great...friendly...helpful...but the car wasn't in good visual shape. big chunk out of console that scratched passenger's arm when resting on the armrest console. lots if scratches. But it worked fine and was a good value. they had just aquired tge vehicle from San Diego location after it closed down. could have used a piece of tape over there gash to help from hurting arm.
