The car was okay but the window would get stuck down.
I was a little nervous that the car they reserved for me had 85k because I was driving quite far. But it turned out to be a great little car! New tires, recently serviced, and nice and clean. And for the price I paid.... I was really happy.

Good rental. Was a little disappointed with how old the car was in comparison to other rental companies I’ve used. No usb charge for my phone or Bluetooth which was mildly inconvenient at most. Otherwise great service and clean vehicle. Thanks.
I appreciated that there was a shuttle to and from the airport, that made things really easy. The car was nice but a bit more worn than what I was expecting.
My reservation was canceled as I was driving there in my Uber. I asked for any help at all and they said i was out of luck and hung up on me.

The customer service was very good! The agents were very friendly. However the inventory was poor. I was offered another option because the size vehicle I reserved was not available. The car they offered as an upgrade was VERY smoky and had cigarette burns all over the seats. It was so bad that I immediately returned it after driving around the corner. It’s strange that they offered it to me because the contract states that you can’t smoke in cars! The swapped car was much better.
