Rental reservations was for noon. I did not receive my rental until 1pm. No one called to let me know the van was not ready. He did give me a discount on my rental once received

My rental experience was great. It was very busy when I got there but I was still taken care of expeditiously. I liked it so much I told my son about it and he rented a car the very next day. I also will be renting from United car rentals in the future. Thank you

I locked my luggage in the rental at the airport at 7:30am left voice message, business does not open until 9:00am. Called back at 8:45am employee immediately sent co-worker to airport. 24 hr emergency is in Spanish (which I do not speak) would suggest adding English. Oher than that Staff was friendly. Price was great. Would highly recommend. Will use again.
