The place was dark. Car is very dirty. They don’t have a lot of cars. The building is sketchy.

Your staff was great. Personable yet professional. They were friendly and helpful. The vehicle was the concern. There were several issues, two I would consider serious (transmission and front shocks/struts), two safety issues (seat belt and wipers), and one minor ( wiper fluid warning). Due to the vehicle's condition, I would be hesitant to rent again or recommend. People: great. Vehicle: very poor
