Very nice feature to be picked up and dropped off at Ontario airport with car we're renting. Luggage doesn't have to be transferred to typical shuttle and then off at rental location and then into car, but just into car and that's it. That's very convenient. Cars are older than higher priced companies and show it with wear and tear, but ours worked great and the price is hard to beat.
It was a great deal, glad we found them.

Everyone at the car rental agency was very courteous and helpful! The gentleman checking us in was very knowledgeable. The pick up and drop off process was easy, even if it was necessary to drop off before or after business hours. We would definitely do business with United Auto Rental again. The entire process was seamless.
We almost missed our rental because our flight was delayed for one hour and the office closes at 7 pm. I had no idea that the office closed at 7 pm and after looking at my reservation confirmation, it doesn't mention the business hours anywhere. That is definitely something I recommend adding and making sure it is clear to the customers. Luckily Javier called me at 6:45 and gave me a courtesy call right when our flight landed. He said that he would wait for us but it would cost $25.
