Good experience with them. Only thing is please notice the pickup location in the confirmation email,etc.
The manager was helpful and accommodating. Upon learning I had a child in a car seat he offered me a larger car for the same rate. The guy who picked us up from the airport was prompt and friendly.

The United folks were great & the rates were awesome. Perfect for what we needed for our week in CA.
Overall the staff was great and the vehicle got the job done. The van was in pretty rough shape though. It had a lot of exterior dings and scratches which aren't the biggest deal, just disappointing. Also there were compartments crammed full of trash in the back seat which was disappointing. Lastly the electronic components (USB/aux) weren't working either. Overall it was good just a little below expectations.
