We had a nice experience with United. Nice guys, good service, seemed to care. Didn't have care I requested do to a mechanical problem with car, but gave me an even better rate for a car that worked for us just as well. Prompt service to/from Ontario airport.
My flight landed around 8pm, and united rental's office was closed at that time. We made many repeated calls to their office & there was no response. There was no mention of this while making the reservation. Me & my family had to rent from another rental agency at a higher price. This was by far the worst rental car experience ever.
It was one of the best experiences I've had. Alex was wonderful and extremely helpful!! I would recommend United to all!!!

We had a great experience. They picked us up in a decent amount of time, we received the vehicle we needed, and the drop off procedure was great especially when you are leaving at 4:30 in the morning with 3 kids! The staff was very nice and even worked with us to ensure we had a booster seat for our daughter. My only complaint is that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced and the brakes were shaky. Other than that they were great for what we needed and would definitely rent there again!
It took some time for me to locate parking - otherwise, everything was very good.
The staff were very friendly and you get a more customized, easy going feel with this smaller company versus a larger one. They were great and very nice, I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends!
