I submitted a five star yelp rating for my car renting experience with you. It was the best experience I've ever had renting a car, and I'm 69 so I've had more than a few.
Many thanks! It was the good folk in San Diego I give a shout out to.
1. I expected the rental agency to be at the airport, not off-site. Had I seen an indication of this during the online reservation, I would not have rented.
2. Upon arrival, I was told that my current itinerary was not what was needed to qualify for unlimited mileage, as I had not arrived on the day I was renting.
I cancelled the reservation and went to my preferred vendor who charged slightly more, honored the unlimited mileage, and gave me a choice a vehicles.

the car was in pretty bad shape. after one week i asked to trade it in because it didn't feel safe on the freeway but there weren't any cars available at that time. it was a good price but i still want to feel safe.
