I am a local resident and went to the rental agency to pick up the car and discovered that I could not drive the car in the state of Utah, which was one of my destinations of travel. Therefore, I wasn't not able to rent a vehicle. Extremely disappointed. I had never encountered that before. Also was not given unlimited mileage as I did not have a flight ticket due to being a local resident. I never encountered that rule bendore either.
So needless to say, extremely disappointed overall.

I had a flat tire upon leaving the rental facility and a dead battery the next morning. I lost much time in the process and there was no effort made to compensate for the issues.
