This experience was outstanding. We paid half what we would have with a major brand and had way better service. I really appreciated being picked up from the airport in the car we were renting and being dropped off at the airport as we had 2 carseats. Simply outstanding!

I have had bad experiences at offsite rentals in the past and normally don't use them. However, United was super professional and provided a clean car at great rates. Highly recommend.

Renting at United Auto was an excellent experience. They were prompt and efficient. Most important was the effort on the part of the rental office staff to make sure the transaction was helpful and smooth. The office person Alex and his guys did a fine job of providing a great rental experience.

You could clearly tell that they cared about doing a great job and we had a fantastic experience with United Auto Rental. Picked us up from the airport, took us to the nearby office, and we were back on the road in 5 minutes. When we were returning home, we dropped off the car and they took us straight to our gate. So easy, will rent with them again!
Although my vehicle was a bit the worse for weat ( lots of scratches and a few scrapes) , it ran well and had obviously been maintained as required. And -of course - their quote was the cheapest...The staff were friendly, professional, and did not keep trying to sell me extra insurance . Would definitely use this car rental business again.
Very unhappy that it isn't standard procedure with this company to go over the car with us checking for existing damage/scratches before we drove off the lot. My husband had to complain to the manager in order to have an employee check the car for damage with us. Very uncomfortable and time consuming experience. My husband has rented numerous cars over the years with several different companies and has never run into this problem until now. Will never rent from this company again.
