The car had a horrible smell and we could only drive with windows down the whole time. A $15 discount was much less than I expected.
Courteous staff. Great car and price. We would rent from them again.
Pickup was quick - literally, as fast as I could get to the car rental center pickup. Drop-off was quick and I was delivered directly to the terminal. Staff was polite and helpful. I plan on using this facility again.

The only ding I have on this place is that its not located at the building where every other car rental place is. I did not know this. It should have been much more clear (bigger font, etc.). I also did not realize they didn't open until 9AM that day. When I called the voicemail said 8AM (it didn't specify 9 for Sundays on the voicemail). So I was forced to walk to the rental agency from the car rental hub uphill, just in time for them to open. Partly my fault but it should've been more clear
The car was comfortable and was a good riding car.
At first, agent was unclear about requirements for local driver to rent vehicle. Security deposit of $500 is a bit high for a military service member stationed in San Diego, should consider giving military discounts and consideration of security deposit.
Front desk was extremely rude. I left the office shaking with anger.
