Great experience ! Fast and reliable company
Pls have drop off service available for all guests, I was told that since drop off is at 9 pm no drivers were available and I had to arrange for a cab.
I am a frequent renter... and the manager and his staff in Las Vegas office are always smiling, greeting me. I had very good experience each time. Thumbs up!

Carol was rude. She didn't even greet us when we walked in. I honestly feel like my concerns were not important to them. I was concerned about the engine light being on. I was told "it's fine!" I will never rent from them again. Carol is so rude and so was the guy sitting in the next room who never gave me his name. Worst experience ever!!!

We received an old van w over 100 miles on the odometer, the representative told us to ignore the tire pressure indicator showed on the monitor. We had a nail on our tire and did not know it, because we kept ignoring the indicator till that tire was completely flat and had to change tire. We had to pay for 2 Uber ride back to the hotel and lost our trip time by several hrs; as we also had to spend time buying a new spared ( the one in the car was unreliable,but we did get reimb. for that)
My first reservation was lost in the system and I just happened to call back with a question. No one contacted me to let me know my reservation was cancelled due to some error.
I asked to have the last row of the van removed and wasn't told there was a charge for that until I showed up to pick up. There was a slow leak because of a poor plug in the tire. We had to stop 2x for air.
A spare was put on. $50 was taken off. Not enough for the inconvenience.
Will never rent from you again
