The only issue I had was the vehicle I had rented was not ready with the correct configuration of seats. The person helping me was extremely courteous and helpful we could not figure out how to get the correct seats in the back Rows of the van. Ultimately it worked out just fine as I think we ended up with a 15 passenger and set up a 12 passenger van and that worked out OK
It did take three tries to get there probably 45 minutes
Other than that It worked Out great

The entire staff here at State Van Rental is AWESOME and very professional especially Nikolai, Allen and George whom I've had the pleasure with dealing with when renting vehicles from them. They provide fast and excellent service and are very courteous which makes every experience I have at their office comforting and more importantly, unstressful. It's because of their professionalism, I only rent from them and have recommended my family, friends and church family to rent from them as well.

Has a great experience, one note make sure you bring your copy of insurance to want a copy and its something people do not normally travel with.
I was not fully explained about outside of ca, nv,and az when i made the reservation. So I could not travel as i had planned.
The staff was not polite enough for my questions.
It was great! Van was available when I arrived for pickup. The only suggestion I can make is having more staff at 8am as wait time increases due to only one employee being available. Employee was great and knowledgeable.
